Shipping...
I ship the day following payment (excluding Sunday & Monday) using USPS First Class for a flat $2.50. I will be happy to combine as much as possible if you are purchasing more than one item. If you'd like a different ship option, let me know and I'd be happy to choose a different method. Please contact me before purchasing if you are overseas and I'll be happy to work with you on a shipping method.
Refunds and Exchanges
Materials (yarn, beads, etc) and Finished Goods (listed necklaces, quilts, crochet kits, etc): I accept returns within 2 weeks of customer receipt of an item. Once I've received the item, I'll refund the full purchase price minus shipping. Please contact me immediately if you'll be returning an item, so that I can look for it.
Custom Orders (custom quilts, custom jewelry, etc): I do not accept returns on custom orders unless the return is due to my error. I try as much as possible to work with you beforehand to make sure a project is completed to your exact specifications - I take great pleasure in the crafts I make and want to make sure you're completely satisfied with everything you've purchased. However, if you find an error or are not happy for whatever reason, please contact me immediately so I can resolve the issue.
